How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account" link in the middle column at bottom of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |

How much is my shipping? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and based on your shipping address and volume of purchased items the shipping cost will be automatically calculated. 1 or to DVDs to be shipped to a European destination cost 2.99 EUR, and 3.99 EUR to the rest of the World. ducktv provides worldwide free shipping on orders of 3 DVDs or more. |

How do I return my product? |

I received the wrong product. |

If a different product is shipped than what you ordered according to your order receipt, ducktv will ship you at no additional cost the originally ordered product(s). If you feel that you have received the wrong product(s), please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
